I use a team of professionals to help clients through the process including a mortgage broker, general contractor, painter, stager, photographer, and carpet cleaner.
A portion of each sale goes to a local charity. I encourage my clients to choose which cause they would like to support. Giving back is so important. I have a number of places that I like to support and have a really big spot in my heart.
